Obtained Foreign Direct Investment approvals from the Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) for a leading computer manufacturer and technology solutions provider. This was a challenging assignment and required several clarificatory meetings with the concerned industry ministry officials because this was the first time that the FIPB was allowing foreign investment in an Indian entity that would not manufacture but merely trade in personal computers.

Undertook detailed due diligence on a company engaged in software development services on behalf of a leading provider of technology solutions to Asian markets, including preparation of all acquisition related documentation to complete the purchase of a minority stake in the target company
